How does the subscription work?

Each month our payment gateway PayWhirl & Stripe debit your account the monthly fee of £18.95 (normally on the 22nd of each month). On the 1st (or closest working day) of the following month we will dispatch your box. Allow 5 working days for delivery.

How much does it cost?

A monthly subscription fee of £18.95, including delivery is all it costs for Chilli Connoisseur Box

How much is postage?

Postage to members within the United Kingdom is included. Deliveries to the rest of the world is a flat additional fee of £6.50.

What date will my fee leave my account each month?

The membership fee will leave on approx the 22nd of each month, this may take a few days to show on your statement with some banks.

Can I buy it as a gift?

Yes you can.

Can I add a message with my gift order?

Yes or even better email our team and they will print a special message to go into the box.

Your Order:

Where can I receive delivery?

Your monthly order is unlikely to fit through your letterbox, so we’d recommend ordering to an address where someone will be in to receive it. If no-one is in, a card will be left to let you know that delivery has been attempted. This card will give you details on rescheduling a delivery or organising a collection from your local delivery depot. If you haven’t received a card or your order within 7 days, please do let us know by contacting us.

When should I expect to receive my box?

Your monthly box should arrive within 3-5 days of the 1st of every month.

My box hasn’t arrived?

If your box hasn't arrived within 5 working days from the dispatch date of the 1st of every month, please contact the team.

An item in my box was broken on arrival?

Please contact the team, we will be more than happy to assist you.

I loved a particular product, can I order another one?

The majority of the products included in your box will be available to purchase online at www.chilliranch.co.uk which means there will never be a reason to go without your favourite products.

If you are a chilli lover this is definitely the box for you. Filled with spicy sauces and chilli treats, your monthly delivery will tickle your tastebuds and leave a tingle on your tongue without fail.

How hot are the contents?

The products you will receive will range from mild to extreme heat so there really is something for everyone. Most of the products provide heat information on the label.

What if I have allergies?

All of the items within the Chilli Connoisseur box are clearly labeled with the allergen information but some producers may contain traces of gluten, eggs, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, fish and sesame, if they do they will be labeled.

Can I choose the contents?

Believe us there will be no need for you to choose and perhaps miss out on a product you will LOVE! Our on site chilli guru’s will not only send you the best products but a great variety. The Chilli Connoisseur Box comes with our promise that we if we don’t love it, we won’t send it!

Where can I find the best before dates?

All products will display best before dates.

I don’t like the contents?

Whilst we are committed to only sending you the best products, we understand that everyone’s tastebuds are different, so from time to time you may receive a product that is not to your taste.

Can I visit Chilli Connoisseur?

The Edible Ornamentals Chilli Ranch is nestled smack bang in the middle of the home of the chilli… Bedfordshire! The ranch is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am – 4pm for plants, tastings, lunches, snacks and drinks and to top up on your sauces in our onsite sauce shop.

The Chilli Ranch offers a great range of tours, workshops, tasting sessions and special events throughout the year. No matter if you a competent grower or just starting out, you love sauces, fancy seeing what a chilli ranch is all about with a tour or just love chilli and want to check it out there is something for everyone.
